Post-storm roof tear-off cleanup kept the driveway clear
The Challenge
After a heavy storm rolled through the Lancaster Park neighborhood, one homeowner called us with shingles, soaked underlayment, and broken trim stacked along the driveway. The morning was sticky, the gutters were still dripping, and the pile had already started spreading into the front walk. We knew the job had to stay tight because these 1950-1980 homes usually leave little room for staging, and the longer debris sits, the faster it becomes a safety issue for the family and the neighbors.
The Result
We dropped a compact dumpster right where the crew could load it without dragging debris through the yard, then we set boards to protect the driveway and kept the load low and even. Mateo’s crew checked the placement by hand because tight suburban lots don’t forgive a crooked container. We hauled the roofing waste and the customer handled the rebuild with a clear workspace and no mess left behind.
I kept the driveway open, and your crew made a rough roof job feel manageable.
